The large-cap breakout and momentum ledgers do not show smaller names. On August 28 I opened a 500-name paper book. It does not auto-buy. There are still no enter or hold rows.
Rule name: Book name russell, setup momentum_spec. State prefix state/russell_*.
Why a third book
The 150-name breakout and 170-name momentum books are S&P-style liquid. Breakouts and RS edges are denser off mega-cap. This book is the wide scan — paper only — so fill quality and gate pass-rate can be compared later without mixing portfolios.
